Roni dalal, is the man behind the awesome chips phenomenon.
before the days of selling chips, roni was busy expanding his chain of juice bars into uk, which had 28 branches all over the country.
roni sold up in 2007, went travelling, but it wasn't long before he found something creative to do again.
whilst travelling he came across frites stands in holland and Belgium.
roni discovered the popularity of a certain type of takeaway, fresh cut chips served in paper cones. the potential to expand this into uk looked great on paper, but the english market may be different as we are used to fish and chips over here...
for part of his r&d he opened a frites stand at the german market for 6 weeks.
the response was amazing and this gave him the confidence to think about creating a brand that only served chips and nothing else!

yes only chips, blanched and twice fried in the freshest of oil, mixed with a choice of 30 plus sauces and powders to the customers requirements and served in quirky bright yellow cones and boxes.

we have three outlets in uk, the first one opened in november 2015 and it has gone from strength to strength.
